AFI is a Jakarta-based boutique firm specializing in private equity and corporate advisory. Our range of corporate advisory and capital markets services offers high-quality strategic and financial advice to our clients. We have a wide network of investors who can support primary and secondary equity and debt capital raising, and we act as investment advisers, capital arrangers, and capital providers for outside investors and businesses.

Our core corporate advisory services include business and company valuations, M&A advisory, due diligence, project costing, and feasibility. AFI has experience in various sectors, including agriculture, real estate, energy and tech.

With a primary emphasis on the O&G and renewable energy industry, Scott has amassed more than 8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and portfolio management. He currently serves as a partner at Ascent Hydrogen Fund, an innovative energy fund headquartered in Singapore.

STEPHEN FIELD

DIRECTOR

With more than 8 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, Stephen has previously held positions in business development for a leading Indonesian shipping and oil trading company. He also possesses extensive expertise in the Indonesian capital markets, having contributed to the development of Indonesian IPOs and bond issuances.

JUSTIN FIELD

DIRECTOR

Justin has more than 8 years experience in private equity and strategy consulting providing corporate advisory services for company's in the agriculture, tech and energy sectors in Indonesia. Justin currently acts as an advisor for Springfields, an agribusiness company based in Indonesia.
